De la famosa ópera, Porgy and Bess, y cantada en directo por Ella en Berlin en 1968. El disco que sacaron ella y Louis Amstrong está lleno de interpretaciones geniales, véase la versión de esta misma Summertime, una belleza. El tema es una nana, como se puede ver en la letra.

nunca me había parado a analizar la letra mas allá del "summertime..." pero vaya, que no me sorprende que sea una nana, con las voces y la música ya lo dicen todo :)
